Aurum and Unisys partner on channel management solution

ATLANTA – Unisyst Corp. and Aurum Technology, which has been making in-roads with CUs, have formed a partnership to market a browser-based channel management solution that they say offers financials faster transaction processing, integrated sales and CRM functionality, and faster speed-to-market for new products and services. Unisys and Aurum will co-develop the Web-based solution for Aurum's core banking systems, including Aurum Banking System, Premier, and MISER. Aurum will become a distribution channel for Unisys and will offer Aurum clients a browser-based solution to complement its core processing platforms. "Our high performance clients, particularly in the credit union space..have clearly articulated both a common requirement and appreciation for the importance of procuring a technology-based channel management solution that will help expedite their cultural transition from an operations-oriented environment to one that is sales driven," said Paul Duckham, EVP and COO for Aurum.
