Unlike many industries, credit unions have been particularly friendly to the female of the species. According to CUNA, 57% of credit union CEOs overall are women. However, as you climb the asset ladder, the share becomes less than equal: 74% male to 26% female. A variety of historical factors contribute to these proportions but the question is now, what are we going to do about it?
