John Kim | Senior Product Manager, Financial Institutions | Syntellis Performance Solutions John Kim is a Senior Product Manager with Syntellis Performance Solutions, with a focus on the firm's Axiom Financial Institutions Software products for banks and credit unions. His responsibilities include developing and maintaining the product development roadmap and strategy, directing the design and development of solutions, and overseeing the quality assurance for the firm's Axiom Financial Institution Software suite of products. Mr. Kim has more than 20 years of experience in the financial institutions industry. His areas of expertise include data analytics, business intelligence, profitability management, financial planning and analysis, and enterprise performance management. Prior to joining Syntellis Performance Solutions, Mr. Kim was Senior Product Manager for EPM Solutions at Fiserv, where he was responsible for strategic vision and roadmap for the performance management suite of products. Mr. Kim has been a frequent presenter at client and partner conferences. Mr. Kim holds a B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University, and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. |

Kevin Smith | Executive Vice President, Product Management | Syntellis Performance Solutions Kevin Smith has more than 20 years of experience leading product management teams that deliver innovative products that delight clients and help organizations achieve new levels of success. He manages Syntellis Performance Solutions' software products, including setting the overall vision and strategy, and delivering products to healthcare, financial institutions, and higher education industries. Prior to Syntellis, Kevin spent over five years in the Financial Institutions industry working at CheckFree and Fiserv leading strategy and product management functions. Kevin holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. |
