WEST

|

The $1.2 billion Rogue Credit Union inMedford, Ore., promoted Lisa Dolmage to marketvice president. In this position, Dolmage will lead the creditunion's Grants Pass and Roseburg markets. She has 28 years offinancial instruction experience, most recently managing Rogue'sdowntown Grants Pass branch.

The $2.6 billion WSECU in Olympia, Wash.,hired Paul Kirkbride as SVP and chief creditofficer. In his new role, Kirkbride will oversee all lendingrelated activities for the credit union, including consumer,mortgage and commercial. Prior to joining WSECU, he was SVP ofcredit union solutions at CU Direct Corporation in Sacramento,Calif., and chief lending officer at the $1 billion UnitusCommunity Credit Union in Portland, Ore.

EAST

|

The $891 million St. Anne's Credit Union inFall River, Mass., appointed Karen Skinner to vicepresident of compliance and deposit operations.

Skinner (pictured) brings more than 20 years of industryexperience to the position, most recently working as assistant vicepresident of the $1.6 billion Metro Credit Union in Chelsea, Mass.In this role, she was responsible for the oversight of depositcompliance, deposit risk management and Bank Secrecy Act programmanagement, including oversight of security and financial crimesinvestigations.

MIDWEST

|

The $2 billion Royal Credit Union in EauClaire, Wis., promoted Amy Schaefer to chiefinternal auditor. In this role, she will be responsible foroverseeing all aspects of Royal's audit services department.

She will also establish goals and objectives for the departmentand develop and implement strategies to accomplishthem. Schaefer (pictured) joined Royal in January 2001. Sincethen she has held various positions within the audit servicesdepartment, most recently as the audit services manager.

The $3.1 billion Veridian Credit Union inWaterloo, Iowa hired one employee and promoted another.

|

Jennifer Mount was hired as accountant III.Mount, a resident of Jesup, Iowa, was previously a payroll taxaccountant with Veridian Fiscal Solutions.

Mount (pictured) is a member of the American Institute ofCertified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of CertifiedPublic Accountants.

Amanda Ott (pictured) was promoted to theposition of team lead for Veridian Fiscal Solutions, a wholly ownedsubsidiary of The Veridian Group. Ott, a resident of Cedar Falls,Iowa, was previously a learning and development specialist. Sheearned a bachelor's degree in family services from the Universityof Northern Iowa, and currently serves as a board member for theInclusion Connection.

The Minnesota Credit Union Foundation promotedAndrea Molnau to executive director. In this role,Molnau will oversee foundation grant programs, financial literacyefforts, the foundation scholarship council and the Minnesotachapter of Credit Unions for Kids. Prior to joining MnCUN in2015, Molnau worked as a credit union marketer for 20 years.

Dustin Jacobs (pictured), vice president ofmarketing at the $439 million BrightStar CreditUnion in Miami, Fla., was appointed to the board ofdirectors of the Broward Education Foundation, a nonprofitorganization dedicated to transforming the lives of Broward CountyPublic School students through the support of quality education.Jacobs has been the vice president of marketing at BrightStarCredit Union since 2015.

The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis appointed CraigEsrael, president/CEO of the $526 million FirstSouth Financial Credit Union in Bartlett, Tenn., to itsCDIAC. Established by the St. Louis Fed in 2011, the 12-personadvisory council is made of executives of smaller financialinstitutions across the Fed's Eighth District, which includesBartlett. Esrael was appointed to a three-year term ending in 2019.Council members advise St. Louis Fed President James Bullard on thecredit, banking and economic conditions facing their institutionsand local communities.

LEAGUES

|

The Iowa Credit Union League selectedKatie Lange, accountant at the $116 millionAlliant Credit Union in Dubuque, Iowa, to join its2017 Iowa Innovation Group program. Lange joins 20 other creditunion leaders from 15 different credit unions across Iowa and twoof ICUL's sister companies in serving as an IIG participant. IIGfosters the development of new ideas and innovations for creditunions. Each new IIG member will serve a six-month term and beresponsible for building and piloting new ideas to benefit creditunions and their members. The participants will unveil their ideasat the 2017 Iowa Credit Union Convention in Des Moines, Iowa.
