The $618 million Clark County Credit Union in Las Vegas hired Fred Howard as its first chief technology officer as a direct response to its strategic decision to increase and improve online and mobile capabilities for its members. Howard is a hands-on, business-focused technical manager with significant experience in managing technology solutions for both new and mature companies. He will be responsible for IT strategic planning, IT audits and software quality assurance at CCCU.
