EAST

|

The $232 million Holy Rosary Credit Unionin Rochester, N.H., hired AimeeDoherty (pictured) as assistant vice president ofoperations. Before joining HRCU, Doherty worked as an accountrelationship manager for eight years at Synergent in Westbrook,Maine. In that role, she worked with credit unions across thecountry to create product and service solutions focused onoperational efficiency and tailored to the institution's uniqueneeds.

The $116 million Inspire Federal CreditUnion in Bristol, Penn., hired Jake R.Doneker as vice president of business services. Inhis new role, Doneker will be responsible for developing thebusiness deposit and lending platforms at Inspire, as well asmanaging new business relationships within the credit union'sfootprint. Doneker spent the last 16 years in the Bucks Countymarketplace, most recently serving in a similar capacity withanother credit union.

SOUTH

|

The $2.9 billion TDECU in LakeJackson, Texas promoted TiffanySylvester to director of marketing communications.Sylvester is now responsible for marketing strategies, as well asengaging with the credit union's members, service centers andmember center locations. In addition, she will oversee thedevelopment, execution and management of communication strategiesfor the organization.

Stan Leicester, SVP/CFO for the $1.4billion BayPort Credit Union in NewportNews, Va., was recognized with the 2016 Eugene H. Farley Jr. Awardof Excellence. This award is one of the Virginia credit unionsystem's highest honors. The award is presented to a credit unionprofessional or volunteer in recognition of their outstandingcontributions to an individual credit union or the credit unionmovement.

WEST

|

The $2.9 billion Redwood Credit Union in SantaRosa, Calif., hired Terri Mitchell as mortgageloan officer. With solid experience in mortgage lending in theSonoma County real estate market, Mitchell will work closely withthe local community to increase awareness of RCU's home loanprograms and guide members toward appropriate home loanoptions.

The $4.3 billion Ent Credit Union inColorado Springs, Colo., promoted two employees. SkipWells (pictured) was promoted tovice president of mortgage lending. Wells has been with Ent for 16years, including 12 years in consumer lending. He most recentlyserved as director of mortgage lending support and services.Dan Leclerc was promoted to vice president offinance. Leclerc has 16 years of experience in the financialservices industry, including roles as CFO for the $163 millionAventa Credit Union in Colorado Springs and president/CEO for the$141 million GHS Federal Credit Union in Binghamton, N.Y. He hasbeen with Ent for more than three years and most recently held theposition of director of finance.

Natalie Yanez, director of community partnershipsat the $761 million Ventura County Credit Union inVentura, Calif.,was recognized with a 40 Under Forty award from theGreater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce. At VCCU, Yanez isresponsible for corporate giving, employee volunteer programs,community outreach, financial literacy, membership growth and otherefforts related to the Ventura County community.

The $250 million Yolo Federal Credit Union inWoodland, Calif., promoted James Richie to thenewly created position of community relations officer. In thisrole, Richie will help develop and strengthen strategic alliancesand coordinate community relations throughout the branch network.He started his career at the credit union as a teller and quicklyadvanced to a financial services specialist.

CUSOS

CU Direct, a lending and automotive solutions provider,promoted three executives. CarolMiller (pictured) was promoted to vice president ofsales. Miller will now oversee the executive responsibility forboth sales and client relationships in the company's northeastregion. She has been with CU Direct for 10 years and has heldvarious positions including credit union account representative,area manager and regional director. Dave Adams waspromoted to vice president of sales. Adams will now oversee theexecutive responsibility for both sales and client relationshipsfor the company's midwest region. Adams has held various positionswith CU Direct in his 16 years with the company, including dealerrepresentative, dealer manager, area manager, credit union managerand regional director.

Marci Francisco (pictured) waspromoted to vice president of sales. Francisco will now oversee theexecutive responsibility for both sales and client relationshipsfor the company's west region. Francisco has been with CU Directfor three years, most recently serving as the vice president ofautomotive marketing and business development.

VENDORS

|

TwoScore, a marketing partner for small tomid-sized credit unions, hired Liz Garster asassistance vice president of marketing and client services. Shebrings strong skills in technology, social media, employeeengagement and marketing. Garster has worked in credit unions formore than five years and played an integral role in growing loansalmost 40% during her tenure at a mid-sized credit union.
