NAFCU chose ChristopherO’Connor of the $7.1 billion Randolph-BrooksFederal Credit Union in Live Oak, Texas as CEO of theyear. O’Connor joined RBFCU in 1989 and holds a wealth ofexperience across a variety of departments, including internalaudit, mortgage, consumer lending and branch operations.

Nicholsjoined the credit union in 1999 as a teller at the West Mobileoffice. She most recently held the position of call centersupervisor.

The $319 million ASI Federal Credit Union basedin Harahan, La., hired Sonya Jarvis aspresident/CEO. Jarvis succeeds Mignhon Tourné, whois retiring after serving as ASI's CEO for more than nine years.Jarvis comes to ASI after spending the last eight years withBusiness First Bank in Baton Rouge, La., where she served asexecutive vice president and COO/chief risk officer.

executives on the move credit unionThe $68million First Abilene Federal Credit Union inAbilene, Texas hired Troy Kyle as president/CEO.He succeeded Faye Smith, who retired on March 31.Kyle has more than 16 years of senior executive experience in thecredit union industry, with 11 of those in a senior managementcapacity. Most recently, he served as vice president at the $312million Public Employees Credit Union in Austin, Texas.

executives on the move credit unionNanMorrow joined the $451 million Hoosier HillsCredit Union in Bedford, Ind., as senior vicepresident/chief marketing officer. Morrow brings more than 20 yearsof credit union experience to Hoosier Hills, having previouslyserved in senior management positions at other credit unions.

Baker joined the KALSEE team in 2011 as business servicesmanager. During the course of Baker's leadership, KALSEE's businesslending portfolio has grown to more than $10 million.

Patrick Pierce, president/CEO of the $457million City & County Credit Union in SaintPaul, Minn., was inducted into the 2016 Credit Union House Hall ofLeaders for his dedication to and impact on the credit unionmovement. Pierce has been a leader in the credit union movement fornearly 30 years and is actively involved in advocating forMinnesota credit unions at the state and national level.
