Kevin Linden, vice president of finance, was promoted to executive vice president of finance at the $167 million First Capital Federal Credit Union in York, Pa. He joined the credit union in 1996 after graduating from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in finance. Linden started in the accounting department as a bookkeeper. Over the course of the last 20 years, he worked his way up through the ranks. He has also earned the Credit Union Executive Society Certified Chief Executive designation.
