The ProfitStars division of Jack Henry & Associates hasannounced a new behavior-driven target marketing system for creditunions and banks called Kernel.

The subsidiary said Kernel can operate through mobile and onlinebanking as well as any other channel that supports dynamiccontent.

ProfitStars told CU Times that Kernel can beintegrated with any customer relationship management or marketingresource management system, including its own Synapsys product toprovide segmentation data to the new tool. The company said Kernelcan provide more precise consumer targeting.

Kernel was beta-tested at the Springfield, Mo.-based GreatSouthern Bank, according to ProfitStars. Springfield is located 50miles from Jack Henry's headquarters in Monett, Mo.

Jack Henry has enjoyed a long-term business partnership withDeepTarget, a Madison, Ala.-based provider of target marketingsoftware.

A Jack Henry representative told CU Times that thecompany will continue to market the Kernel and DeepTarget productsfor the foreseeable future.
