Fiserv, CU*Answers Complete Conversions
Fiserv Inc. announced this week the completion of four core processing conversions at client credit unions. CU*Answers announced one of its own.
The Fiserv conversions were the $313 million Abri Credit Union in Romeoville, Ill., to the XP2 platform; the $2.2 billion MIDFLORIDA Credit Union in Lakeland, Fla., to the DNA platform; the $48 million Southeast Federal Credit Union in Ware Shoals, S.C., to the Portico platform; and the $165 million Wauna Credit Union to the CUnify platform.
Abri, MIDFLORIDA and Southeast were all existing Fiserv clients. Wauna had been on the CU*BASE platform from CU*Answers, according to data from Callahan & Associates.
Meanwhile, CU*Answers has completed the conversion of the $37 million Washtenaw Federal Credit Union in Ypsilanti, Mich., to CU*BASE, the Grand Rapids, Mich.-based CUSO said. Washtenaw FCU had been on the Fiserv Galaxy account processing platform, according to Callahan data.
CU*Answers said the conversion was its eighth in its 2014 fiscal year and it now has about 225 credit unions on CU*BASE. Fiserv has more than 2,300 credit unions on its core platforms.
