Xtend Inc. has added two new owners and eight new clients andreported that it has surpassed $2 million in revenue in a singlefiscal year for the first time in its 11-year history.

The Grand Rapids, Mich., CUSO is an affiliate of CU*Answers, thecore processing operation withwhich it shares space, and specializes in back office,compliance monitoring and contact center services to more than 170credit unions and CUSOs across the country.

Xtend's two new owners – bringing the total to 72 – are the $115million United Educational Credit Union in Battle Creek, Mich., andthe $60 million NorthPark Community Credit Union inIndianapolis.

Meanwhile, the new clients – eight credit unions and a CUSO –have signed up for call center services that include combinationsof inbound and outbound offerings, lending support calls, outboundmember contact calls and online chat, the companysaid.

“Our Xtension Contact Center continues to be our fastest-growingbusiness unit,” said Xtend President Scott Collins. “What started as anoutbound contact center a half-dozen years ago has grown into afull-service member support center that serves partners in fourtime zones and soon to be five.”
