The $173 million, 15,307-memberSt. Helens Community Federal Credit Union in St. Helens, Ore.,has promoted Steve Jensen to chief credit officer.

Jensen, who formerly served as SHCU's director of businessservices, assumes responsibility for all aspects of the creditunion's mortgage lending programs, as well as its asset recoverydepartment.

Jensen brings nearly 25 years of related experience to his newrole, with specialties in consumer retail and commercial lendingprograms. Prior to joining SHCU earlier this year, he served in keyleadership roles with Sterling Savings Bank and Key Bank.
