TMG FinancialServices, a sister company to The Members Group, announced thata longtime executive with the firm, Jon Sarvis, will take on thejob of CEO.

Sarvis has been with the card issuing and investment CUSO sincethe beginning, the CUSO announced, most recently serving asCFO.

TMGFS reported that it has 70,000 cardmembers and $140 millionin assets under management.

The organization has been looking for a new CEO since thedeparture of Jeff Russell in April 2013.
