The $400 million First Heritage Federal CreditUnion in Painted Post, N.Y. announced that JustinMichael Dildine has joined as a commercial loan officer.He will be responsible for developing new business bankingrelationships, including commercial lending, within the creditunion's three-county market area. Before joining First Heritage,Dildine was branch manager of the $54 million Visions FederalCredit Union's Horsehead, N.Y office, where he was responsible foroverseeing day-to-day operations, as well as managing new accounts,lending activity and supervising staff. He is a 2006 graduate ofMansfield University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree inhistory.

The Iowa Credit Union League in Des Moinesannounced a promotion and two new hires to the trade association.Olivia Rockers was recently promoted to seniormarketing specialist. In this role, Rockers oversees thelegislative advocacy campaign, website management, anddevelops and implements marketing plans and materials for ICUL andits operating companies. Rockers is a graduate of Iowa StateUniversity. She is a member of the American Marketing Association,CUNA's Marketing & Business Development Council and the IowaSociety of Association Executives.

Andrea Dickinson was hired as member outreachcoordinator. In this position, Dickinsonprovides assistance and guidance to member credit unionsin the areas of operations, financial conditions, strategy andbusiness development. Prior to joining ICUL, Dickinson served as abranch manager for the $114 million Financial Plus Credit Union inWest Des Moines. She is a graduate of Iowa StateUniversity.

Jami Weems was hired as management consultant.In this position, Weems serves as a strategic partner and advocateto individual credit unions in order to help them identify goals,challenges and prepare for the future development of their creditunion. Prior to joining ICUL, Weems served as senior complianceofficer for PolicyWorks in Des Moines. She is a graduate of theUniversity of Northern Iowa.

The $7 billion Security Service Federal CreditUnion in San Antonio announced the promotion ofGlynis Miller to retail-internet sales manager. Inher new position, Miller will be responsible for the management ofmortgage loan officers and organization of retail and internetchannel functions across all lending territories. Miller joinedSSFCU in 2011 as an internet loan advisor and has several years ofexperience in the financial services industry.  Herprevious work includes employment with Wachovia/Wells Fargo whereshe served as a quality assurance manager.

The $1 billion Sharonview Federal Credit Unionin Fort Mill, S.C. has announced the selection of William(Bill) W. Partin Jr. as the organization's new president/CEO effective Oct. 21. Partin has spent the last eight years withthe $1.2 billion Partners Federal Credit Union in Burbank, Calif.,and served as the senior vice president. Partin was an instrumentalpart of the senior leadership team that doubled the asset size ofthe credit union and drove performance, resulting in a 2012 RaddonCrystal Performance Award.

The $515 million Greater TEXAS Federal CreditUnion in Austin, Texas has named Larry­Hudson as the credit union's new senior vicepresident/chief lending officer starting Sept. 16. Hudson bringswith him 22 years of credit union experience and 34 years offinancial expertise. Most recently, he was the senior vicepresident & chief administrative officer at the $38 millionSPCO Credit Union in Houston.

The $3.5 billion Mountain America Credit Unionin West Jordan, Utah, announced that JaredJohnstone was appointed president of Mountain AmericaFinancial Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the credit union.Prior to his appointment he served as the vice president of depositoperations and business services for Mountain America, where headministered all of the credit union's deposit programs.

Hired in 2004, Lutamila Sallu was promoted to senior manager andquality reviewer in the audit and assurance services department. Heplays a major role in staff development and retention initiativeswhile carrying on the responsibilities of working with engagementpartners and staff to develop audit plans, objectives andschedules, as well as determine budgets and resources for audit,attestation and assurance engagements, consistent with assessedrisk levels.

Ryan Crabbs joined DeLeon & Stang in 2007 and was promotedto supervisor. He is responsible for overseeing the preparation ofaudit plans and audited financial statements. He works primarilywith clients in the nonprofit and commercial industries.

Josephine Laleye has been with the firm since 2006. As asupervisor, she will oversee attestation engagements, includingcompletion of audits, reviews and compilations in the firm'sCommunity Association division.
