The $2.5 billion Michigan StateUniversity Federal Credit Union said Monday it has promoted two executives to newly created positions.

They are Lea Ammerman to senior vice president of branches andSamantha Amburgey to senior vice president of remote services.

Ammerman had been vice president of branches and has been withMSUFCU since August 2002. Amburgey had been vice president ofe-commerce and e-services and has been with the East Lansing-basedcredit union since July 2004.

Thepromotions of Ms. Ammerman and Ms. Amburgey will help us tocontinue our mission to provide excellent service to our growingmembership, and further support the evolving needs of our employeesand members through our services,” MSUFCU President/CEO PatrickMcPharlin said in the announcement.

MSUFCU said it now has more than 180,000 members and 530employees and plans to add a 14th branch next year.
