CU Direct Connect has signed an agreement that names the CUSO asthe preferred lender at Sonic Automotive's dealerships inColorado.
|The agreement became effective Aug. 1.
|The Charlotte, N.C.-based Sonic Automotive operates more than100 dealerships in 14 states and 25 major metropolitan markets,according to CU Direct Connect in Centennial, Colo.
|Sonic Automotive recently expanded its presence in Coloradothrough the acquisition of two franchise dealerships, which alsotook place in August, CUDC said.
|The CUSO said it serves approximately 34 credit unions forvehicle lending which support the auto dealer partners in the CUDCprogram.
|The Sonic Automotive partnership is the latest alliance with anational dealership. In November 2012, CUDC said it became apreferred lender for all AutoNation dealerships in Colorado.
