Mark Warner (D-Va.) talked up his secondary mortgage marketreform bill at NAFCU's Monday Congressional Caucus session, sayingthe issue had purposely been left out of the Dodd-Frank Act toallow the housing market time to recover. However, Warner said it'snow time for meaningful GSE reform. Warner also spoke out againstpolitical polarization, telling the audience to turn off FOX Newsand MSNBC and to cast votes based on a candidate's position onissues, not party.
