The $203 million 1stFinancial Federal Credit Union in Wentzville, Mo., has named DavidFranke as its new chief financial officer.

Franke fills a position that has been open for two years andcomes to 1st Financial with more than 20 years offinancial services experience, the 34,300-member credit union said.That includes four years as interim CFO at Reliance Bank in St.Louis as well as nearly three years as senior auditor atPricewaterhouseCoopers LLC

“His financial, investment and auditing experience will be agreat addition to our executive team and his passion for helpingpeople fits in well with our philosophy,” 1st Financial CEO Carol Minges said in the creditunion's announcement.
