The $25 million First United Federal Credit Union in Grandville, Mich., has changed to a state charter and expanded its field of membership.
Its new name, First United Credit Union, also comes with a new logo to reflect the credit union's "renewed energy and revitalization in serving its members."
First United CU's field of membership has expanded from one county to 22 counties. The credit union serves more than 5,000 members.
