PSCU has elected Angie Owens, president/CEO of the $5.7 billionAmerican Airlines Federal Credit Union in Fort Worth, Texas, to itsboard of directors.

Owens had served for four years as an associate board member ofpayments CUSO PSCU in St. Petersburg, Fla.

She succeeds Hubert Hoosman, president/CEO of the $783 millionVantage Credit Union in Bridgeton, Mo., who retired from the CUSO'spost in 2012, according to PSCU.

The CUSO also appointed Sean Rathjen, CEO of the $580 millionConsumers Credit Union in Round Lake Beach, Ill., as an associateboard member.

PSCU board members serve three-year terms after which they canbe re-elected by a vote of the CUSO's member-owner credit unions,according to PSCU. Associate board members are appointed by thecurrent board.
