The $125 million Great Basin Federal Credit Union has partneredwith J.R. Bruno & Associates to establish a member businesslending program.
|According to the San Francisco-based J.R. Bruno &Associates, an MBL and SBA program consulting firm, it will work with GreatBasin FCU in Reno, Nev., over the next two years, providingservices including underwriting, loan packaging, portfoliomanagement and staff training.
|“After reviewing other options, we liked the way J.R. Bruno& Associates offered us the ability have their team train usand help set up our member business lending program, and thento use their services as long as we need them,” said JenniferDenoo, chief operating officer at Great Basin FCU.
|In May, the credit union said it became the first new SBA lender in northern Nevada in more than nine years.
