The $1.2 billion Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union inKnoxville, Tenn., has committed to converting its digital bankingtechnology to software from Connect Financial Software Solutions ofSalt Lake City, the company and credit union said.

The multi-year deal calls for the 129,000-member KTVAECU todeploy online banking, mobile apps, personal financial management,lending and account opening solutions from Connect, which saidKTVAECU is its 18th client.

“KTVAECU engaged in an extensive RFP process. Their ability tohelp us support our members across nearly every touch-point,branch, online, and via the mobile channels is really exciting,”Pam Johnson, new technology manager at KTVAECU, said in the announcement on Wednesday.

“KTVAECU expressed their vision for the channel to us, and wewere able to demonstrate how our solutions would support it now,and how our emerging solutions will place KTVAECU at a strategicadvantage going forward,” Connect Vice President Joe Long said inthe statement.

KTVAECU currently uses Intuit Financial Services for home banking, according to theTechnology Survey from Callahan & Associates.
