The $1.1 billion Eli Lilly Federal Credit Union in Indianapolishas hired veteran banker Ron Senci as its new vice president oflending.

Senci, formerly with Fifth Third Bancorp of Cincinnati and FirstBank of St. Louis, has more than 25 years of experience, his newemployer said, and will focus on growing ELFCU's mortgage, creditcard and auto lending business.

He succeeds Dale Turner, who moved recently to San Diego County CreditUnion.
