The $1.5 billion Educators Credit Union in Racine, Wis., haspromoted Michelle Gabor to chief financial officer.
|Gabor joined Educators CU in 2004 and since then has served as humanresources
|generalist, vice president of audit, vice president ofelectronic services and vice president of finance, the credit unionsaid.
|She succeeds Robert Stepien, who retired last month afterserving as CFO since 2005.
|“I am proud of the help Educators Credit Union provides to our 116,000 members andhonored to serve our members, employees and communities,” Gaborsaid.
|She has a bachelor's degree and MBA from the University ofWisconsin-Parkside and recently earned her CPA designation, heremployer said. She also is a graduate of Leadership Racine and amember of the River Bend Nature Center board of directors.
