The $1.5 billion Educators Credit Union in Racine, Wis., haspromoted Michelle Gabor to chief financial officer.

Gabor joined Educators CU in 2004 and since then has served as humanresources

generalist, vice president of audit, vice president ofelectronic services and vice president of finance, the credit unionsaid.

She succeeds Robert Stepien, who retired last month afterserving as CFO since 2005.

She has a bachelor's degree and MBA from the University ofWisconsin-Parkside and recently earned her CPA designation, heremployer said. She also is a graduate of Leadership Racine and amember of the River Bend Nature Center board of directors.
