MnIPC, an item processing company, and CUsource, a technologyservices CUSO, said they have linked up to help combine deposititem volume and help control cost for credit unions.

Through the partnership, the Great Falls, Mont.-based CUsource will be able to process its credit unions' deposititems more efficiently and cost-effectively using MnIPC'stechnology and expertise, according to both firms.

Building upon a long history of service in the Minnesota market,the St. Paul, Minn.-based MnIPC said it began expanding its service to credit unionsaround the country several years ago.

CUsource said it has served credit unions in Montana, Kansas,Washington and Wyoming for 25 years by providing products thatinclude data processing, draft services, security servicesincluding ISP, instant messaging and email with spam filtering andintrusion protection.

MnIPC said it is an independent check processor that has servedcredit unions for more than 30 years through a suite of servicesincluding item processing services, remote deposit capture, returnitem processing, online image access, and adjustmentprocessing.
