Building business with the immigrant community will be the topic of an April 16 webinar planned jointly by the National Federation of Community Development Credit Unions, CUNA and Coopera.

Titled "Adapting Products and Services to Serving Immigrant Markets," the 90-minute session will be presented that Tuesday at 2 p.m. EDT and is targeted toward CEOs and other senior managers as well as operations, lending and marketing/outreach staff, Coopera said.

"The ability to connect with this crucial segment of the growing Hispanic marketplace can reap tremendous ongoing rewards in terms of loyalty and member growth," said Miriam DeDios, CEO of Coopera, an Hispanic credit union marketing firm based in Des Moines, Iowa, and a webinar presenter.
