The wholly-owned subsidiary of Pentagon Federal Credit Union, Prudential PenFed Realty, will expand its reach in Maryland with the opening of a new office there Wednesday.
The full-service realty office is located in the Columbia Corporate Center in Columbia, Md., and will feature the fine homes, new homes, relocation, commercial and property management real estate divisions, according to the $15 billion PenFed in Alexandria, Va.
Terri Bracciale, regional vice president of Prudential PenFed Realty, said the office is an ideal resource and fit for the Howard County community in Maryland. The real estate company has grown over 800% since 2010 with 100% year-over-year growth in the county, she added.
According to PenFed, Prudential PenFed Realty has an annual sales volume over $1.7 billion serving PenFed members as well as the general public.
The firm’s more than 1,700 real estate professionals work in 49 offices in Delaware, Florida, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Northern Virginia, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia.
Prudential PenFed Realty is an affiliate of the Brookfield/Home Service Franchise (formerly Prudential Real Estate), according to PenFed.
