The NCUA said Friday afternoon it has liquidated its secondcredit union of the day, another small California operation.

The $652,000 Pepsi Cola FCU in Buena Park, Calif., had beenserving company employees for 57 years but no longer was solventand had no prospect for restoring viable operations, the agencysaid.

The credit union lost $3,299 in 2012, according to its 5300 CallReport.

Earlier Friday, the agency liquidated the $3.4 million, I.C.E. FCU in Englewood, Calif., after it posted a $17,947 lossin 2012.

Four federally insured credit unions now have been liquidatedso far this year.
