The Warrenville, Ill.-based AlloyaCorporate FCU announced Tuesday it has completed its transitionof Core Network Processing from the defunct U.S. Central FCU.

The Lenexa, Kan.-based CNP provides core processing servicesused for cash management by more than 2,000 credit unions.

Alloya won CNP's bid requestin March 2012 after the NCUA announced it would shutter U.S.Central. In a release, the $1.4 billion Alloya said in addition toa smooth data-center migration, the offering featured significantIT-infrastructure upgrades, thus strengthening operations for CNP'scredit-union members.

Worknet Inc., a managed IT services provider headquartered insuburban Chicago, helped design Alloya's new CNP offering, which isnow called “Technology Services Powered by Worknet.”

The transition of CNP's computing environment to Worknet'sChicago and Indianapolis data centers happened quickly, over oneweekend, Alloya said.
