The $570 million, 29,400-member Christian Community Credit Unionin San Dimas, Calif., gave the young men of Tiger Cub Scout Pack423 an inside look at a credit union's operations.

Highlights of the visit – part of the pack's Making Change andBanking “Go See It” –included a look inside the vault and watchinga telle ruse a cash machine and ATM.

Lessons included a talk about banking and the importance ofsaving money, including how long it takes to save for an MP3player, X-Box or even a car.

“I had fun interacting with the Cub Scouts. It was encouragingto see their enthusiasm in learning more about banking and savingmoney,” said Charlotte Conway, Christian Community CU's vicepresident of operations.
