MoneyDesktop Touts 2012 Growth

Personal financial management software provider MoneyDesktop said it grew its customer base by nearly 80% in 2012 and now serves more than 380 financial institutions.

The Provo, Utah, company declined to provide a breakdown between credit unions and banks but said it also now has partnerships with more than 27 online banking providers, more than twice it had in 2011, and that it added 60 new jobs during 2012, bringing its workforce to more than 90 people.

The company also launched its mobile PFM solution, MoneyMobile, after its purchase of MoneyReef during 2012 and said it notched a 445% increase in recurring monthly revenue over the year before.

MoneyDesktop was founded in 2010.
