Pennsylvania Credit Union Association members have electedChristine Woods, president/CEO of $81 million, 7,622-memberKeystone Federal Credit Union in West Chester, Pa., to the PCUA'sboard of directors.
|Woods will serve a three-year term and represent credit unionsin the total assets greater than $30 million up to $100 millioncategory, the PCUA said. Woods has served as Keystone FCU president/CEOsince 2008.
|An active participant in credit union activities, Woods servesas board secretary of the Pennsylvania Credit Union Foundation andthe Delaware Valley Chapter of Credit Union Executives. She alsoserves as president of the Schuylkill Valley Chapter of CreditUnions.
|Woods traveled to Haiti in October 2010 and serves on thePennsylvania Credit Union Foundation's Haitian Task Force. In2006, she was honored with the PCUA William W. Pratt LifetimeAchievement Award. She also serves as the board secretary of theWest Chester Area Education Foundation.
