Christine Woods Elected to PCUA Board

Pennsylvania Credit Union Association members have elected Christine Woods, president/CEO of $81 million, 7,622-member Keystone Federal Credit Union in West Chester, Pa., to the PCUA’s board of directors.

Woods will serve a three-year term and represent credit unions in the total assets greater than $30 million up to $100 million category, the PCUA said. Woods has served as Keystone FCU president/CEO since 2008. 

An active participant in credit union activities, Woods serves as board secretary of the Pennsylvania Credit Union Foundation and the Delaware Valley Chapter of Credit Union Executives. She also serves as president of the Schuylkill Valley Chapter of Credit Unions.

Woods traveled to Haiti in October 2010 and serves on the Pennsylvania Credit Union Foundation’s Haitian Task Force.  In 2006, she was honored with the PCUA William W. Pratt Lifetime Achievement Award. She also serves as the board secretary of the West Chester Area Education Foundation.
