Two more credit unions are changing their core processors andrunning them through an outsourced, service bureau environment.

They are the $107 million, 18,100-member West Virginia CentralCredit Union in Parkersburg, W.Va., and the $40 million,8,000-member State Transportation Employees Credit Union inColumbus, Ohio.

STECU has converted to the CU*BASE platform from CU*Answers inGrand Rapids, Mich., and is the CUSO's fourth conversion so far inits 2013 fiscal year, the company said.

West Virginia Central CU, meanwhile, will become the65th credit union in 22 states running on the SymitarEpisys solution through Member Driven Technologies, a CUSO that operates from two datacenters in suburban Detroit, that company said.

Both credit unions are converting from Fiserv Inc. solutions, according to the Technology Survey fromCallahan & Associates.
