To help educate small business owners about the Affordable CareAct, the SBA said it has launched a Web page and blog.

The SBA's new Web page, www.sba.gov/healthcare, breaksdown the key provisions of the act based on business size in thefollowing categories: self-employed, fewer than 25 employees, fewerthan 50 employees and more than 50 employees.

The page also provides links to a glossary of key health carereform terms, an interactive timeline with dates for when certainreforms will be implemented, a state-by-state breakdown of healthcare options, and how to learn more about specific tax provisionsand regulations, according to the SBA.

Additional resources will be added as they become available, theagency said.

The new tools will serve as a gateway for small business ownersconnecting them with information provided by SBA's federal partnersresponsible for implementing the law, including the U.S. Departmentof Health and Human Services.

The blog, titled “Health CareBusiness Pulse,” will provide small business owners withcontinuous updates about the implementation of the Affordable CareAct, the SBA said.
