The $96 million, 11,200-member Parker Community Credit Union inJanesville, Wis., has converted to the NewSolutions core processingand online banking systems from Share One in Memphis, Tenn.

The credit union decided to convert its both core processing andhome banking when its previous vendor retired its online bankingsolution, the core processing CUSO said.

“We had to convert to a new home banking system – that wasunavoidable – but we also decided it was the perfect opportunity toaddress many disjointed processes in the core that causefrustration in many daily processes,” said Parker Community CUPresident/CEO Steve Petrillo.

The conversion occurred at the end of the year. Parker CommunityCU had been a Fiserv CUSA client, according to the TechnologySurvey from Callahan & Associates.

Share One said it now provides core processing to about 90credit unions.
