The NCUA will hold a free webinar at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 23, on ways that low-income designated credit unions can better serve their members.
The webinar will be presented by staff from the agency’s Office of Small Credit Union Initiatives and Office of Consumer Protection, the agency said.
Sample products and services will be presented, as will answers to questions including how to assess and improve current services, how to monitor for regulatory issues and how can the LICU designation enhance reputation and outreach.
