CUES is now calling for online participation in its salarysurveys.

The Madison, Wis.-based leadership development association saidits CUES Executive Compensation Survey and CUESEmployee Salary Survey have been revamped to makeparticipation easier and add more questions and reports.

“The surveys help credit unions determine if their salary andbenefit packages arecompetitive by offering data on executivecompensation, benefits and salaries on a wide range ofpositions, asset sizes and geographic locations,” the organizationsaid in its announcement this week.

“By participating in the surveys and providing salary andbenefit data, credit unions can make the industry stronger byhelping to assure compensation decisions are comparable and basedon fact,” CUES said.

CUES said while participation and database updates occur yearround, those who participate onlineby April 19 will receive a free report.
