Giovanna Liranzo, who according to her LinkedIn profile is aformer assistant vice president at the $458 million McCoy FCU inOrlando, Fla., was the subject of a prohibition order from the NCUA following her embezzlement conviction.

Liranzo, who was sentenced to 15 months in prison, three years'supervised release and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of$161,125.03, is banned from participating in the affairs of anyfederally insured financial institution, the NCUA said in a newsrelease this week.

NCUA enforcement orders are available online and for inspection at theregulator's Office of General Counsel in its Alexandria, Va.headquarters. Copies by mail can be ordered from the NCUA, 1775Duke St., Alexandria, VA 22314-3428.

Violation of a prohibition order is a felony offense punishableby imprisonment and a fine of up to $1 million.
