The $5.5 billion America First Credit Union of Riverdale, Utah, recently held a holiday gift-wrapping party in American Fork, Utah, for the 18th annual Warm the Soles of Kids program. The program provides Christmas presents in the form of new shoes to children in 10 schools and support programs.

“Our American Fork wrapping party for the Warm the Soles of Kids program was one of many throughout the state during the next couple weeks,” said America First President John Lund.  “It was fun wrapping with these good employees and feeling the excitement that the new shoes will bring to deserving children.”

The credit union used a bit of new technology to help with the cause, by providing members the option to contribute online simply by making a transfer to a special, designated share savings account.
