There were some signs of the times, old and new, when the $1.2billion American Heritage FCU held a grand opening for its newbranch in Perkasie, Pa. The new branch features three drive-throughlanes, five teller stations, an Internet café, free coin-countingmachine and outside ATM.

The land on which the new branch was built was once home to agas station and a Chevron sign discovered during the demolition ofthe old building was presented to one of the owners of the 1960sstation – Gerry Robison – at the grand opening.

American Heritage now has 27 branches in Philadelphia, Bucks andMontgomery counties and serves more than 119,000 members at morethan 700 sponsor companies.
