CU*Answers and its partner, Xtend Inc., recently helped convertthree credit unions from Fiserv platforms to the CU*BASE coreprocessing system, the Grand Rapids, Mich., CUSOs said.
|They were the $30 million DeTour Drummond Community CU ofDrummond Island, Mich., the $40 million State TransportationEmployees CU in Columbus, Ohio, and the $23 million RAFE FCU inRiverside, Calif.
|All three deployed CU*BASE in an online environment, with DeTourDrummond Community CU and State Transportation Employees CU hostedby CU*Answers and RAFE FCU hosted by CU*Northwest Inc. of LibertyLake, Wash.
|Xtend provided call center and back office assistance during theconversion, that CUSO said.
|DeTour Drummond and RAFE FCU were both Fiserv CUSA customers andState Transportation Employees CU had been on a Fiserv Galaxyplatform, CU*Answers said.
|CU*Answers said it also has added two more credit unions to itslist of stockholders, bringing the total to a new high of 109.Purchasing shares were the $182 million, 16,500-member Lake StateFCU in Moose Lake, Minn., and the $41 million, 4,200-member HorizonCommunity CU in Green Bay, Wis.
|There now are more than 200 credit unions running on the CU*BASEplatform, CU*Answers said, while Xtend said it now offers member contact, shared branching,compliance monitoring, insurance and other back-office services tomore than 150 credit unions.
