Jon Bundy has been hired as the compliance manager of lendingservice products at CUNA Mutual Group.

In his new role, Bundy will focus on lending and deposit lawsand regulations, and the resulting compliance challenges facingcredit unions, according to the Madison, Wis.-based company.

CUNA Mutual said Bundy will also provide regulatory lendingcompliance expertise to LOANLINERDocuments and loanliner.comcustomers and develop lending solutions to help credit unionsexpand their loan portfolios, with a special focus on the expectedmortgage compliance changes from the Consumer Financial ProtectionBoard in 2013.

Prior to joining CUNA Mutual, Bundy worked extensively withcredit unions as an attorney in the credit union and humanresources practices groups of the Madison, Wis.-based law firmWhyte Hirschboeck Dudek.

His experience also includes advising credit unions, creditunion trade organizations and CUSOs on consumer finance regulatorycompliance, credit union governance and labor and employmentissues.

Bundy earned a law degree from the University of Wisconsin. Healso attended the University of North Carolina School ofGovernment, where he earned a master of public administrationdegree, according to CUNA Mutual.
