The $381 million, 50,700-member BrightStar Credit Union inSunrise, Fla., is holding its annual holiday toy drive through Dec.10 at its headquarters and its six locations in Broward County, thecredit union said. Unwrapped toy donations can be placed in a dropbox at each site and the presents will be distributed by FamilyCentral Inc., a not-for-profit that for 40 years has played apivotal role in the lives of South Florida families.

“The toy drive is a great way for BrightStar members andemployees to join forces to help make a difference in thecommunity,” said Ralph Crockett, the credit union's president/CEO.This year the biggest need is toys for children under the age of3.
