With 28 new credit unions that have signed on this year, CU Business Group said Wednesday that it now serves 405 credit unions in 44 states.
The Portland, Ore.-based business services and lending CUSO said in an average month, CUBG’s team of underwriters review $50 million in member business loans and $25 million in participation loans for credit unions, the CUSO said.
CUBG said it also performs 60 annual reviews and prepares an average of 120 sets of loan documents each month.
CUBG President/CEO Larry Middleman said the CUSO continues to see increased interest in SBA lending and participations, as well as the need for independent third party reviews of MBL programs and portfolios.
The CUSO is celebrating its 10-year anniversary.
