Alaska USA Insurance Brokers has acquired the book of business of Anchorage-based Rentschler Insurance Agency.
RIA's operations were integrated into Alaska USA Insurance Brokers, effective Sept. 1. "RIA clients will not be impacted by the change in regards to policies, terms or conditions," said Timothy Maudsley, president of Alaska USA Insurance Brokers. "We look forward to continuing to provide them with service, quality and convenience under the Alaska USA Insurance Brokers name."
RIA has served commercial insurance clients in Alaska for more than 25 years. RIA employees, including owner Larry Rentschler, will join the Alaska USA team to ensure a smooth transition, and will relocate to the Alaska USA Financial Center offices in Anchorage.
