MeridianLink Picked

A new integrated account opening and loan origination solution will be deployed by the $5.5 billion American Airlines Federal Credit Union in Fort Worth, Texas.

The system from MeridianLink of Costa Mesa, Calif., works across channels, including in-branch, online and through call centers and kiosks, the company said. Its decisioning capabilities also were a factor in the decision, AA Credit Union said.

“We will be able to better customize our lending guidelines and incorporate additional loan parameters,” said Susan Longley, the credit union’s vice president of consumer lending and account services.

“We are looking forward to being able to provide business loans in addition to consumer loans – including auto, airplane, credit cards, personal and home equity – through the system,” Longley said. She said plans also include integrating Docusign e-signature capabilities.
