Fiserv Inc. said the $128 million Animas Credit Union inFarmington, N.M., will be converting to the Wisconsin-basedtechnology company's XP2 account processing platform.

The 16,000-member Animas CU currently is running on a Fiserv CUBE platform,according to the Technology Survey from Callahan &Associates.

The New Mexico credit union cited the ability to integratemultiple products and services in its decision.

“We selected XP2 primarily due to its integrated businessaccount and commercial lending capability. The Fiserv solution setwill allow us to capture the speed and efficiency of a single,integrated platform to provide our members with faster, moreefficient service,” said the credit union's vice president ofadministration, Cecilia Taulbee.

Other services the credit union selected include Mobiliti mobilebanking, Virtual branch home banking, voice response, accounting,ATM and debit processing and card, print and e-statement productionsolutions.

There now are about 220 credit unions using the XP2 core platform.
