The $5.5 billion American Airlines Federal Credit Union in FortWorth, Texas, has chosen MeridianLink in Costa Mesa, Calif., toprovide the 235,000-member credit union with an integrated accountopening and loan origination solution.
|The MeridianLink system works across channels, includingin-branch, online and through call centers and kiosks, the companysaid. Its decisioning capabilities also were a factor in thedecision, AA Credit Union said.
|“We will be able to better customize our lending guidelines andincorporate additional loan parameters,” said Susan Longley, thecredit union's vice president of consumer lending and accountservices.
|“We are looking forward to being able to provide business loansin addition to consumer loans – including auto, airplane, creditcards, personal and home equity – through the system,” Longleysaid. She said plans also include integrating Docusign e-signaturecapabilities.
|MeridianLinksaid more than 500 financial institutions, the majority of themcredit unions, currently use its account opening and loanorigination solutions.
