Educational Systems FCU of Greenbelt, Md., is scheduled tocomplete its merger with the troubled Montgomery County Teachers FCUWednesday, creating an educational employees credit union withalmost $800 million in assets and 10 branches in six southernMaryland counties.
|The $400 million MCT FCU of Derwood, Md., which has just 4.3%net worth, will operate as a stand-alone division of Educational Systems FCU.
|The integration of the data systems at the combined creditunion, which will be the state's 10th largest, is not expecteduntil next year.
